Scope
This policy covers lumicorp.ai, the marketing site for Lumi. It does not cover client engagements. Those run under separate agreements with their own data terms.
What we collect
Two things. Contact details you submit through the contact form: name, email, company, and whatever you write in the message. Booking details when you schedule a call through Calendly: name, email, and the time slot you pick. That is the full inventory.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled on this site, we collect basic usage data: pages visited, referrer, browser type, approximate location derived from IP address. We use it to see what people read. It is aggregate data. It does not identify you by name.
How we use your information
One purpose: responding to your inquiry. You write to us or book a call, we use your contact details to reply, schedule, and follow up. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking first.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. No exceptions.
Third-party services
Calendly processes call bookings under its own privacy policy. If we run analytics, the provider processes usage data on our behalf. We do not hand your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as the conversation is active, plus standard business records after that. Want your data deleted? Email lumi@lumicorp.ai. We will delete it and confirm.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes get posted on this page.

Service providers
We use a small set of processors to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox), and Calendly (scheduling, if you book time). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. We do not sell your information to anyone.
