These terms govern your use of lumicorp.ai. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Informational purpose
This site describes what Lumi does: Blueprint, Build, Embedded, and the Kestrel platform. It is information, not advice. Nothing here constitutes legal, financial, or professional counsel, and nothing here forms a contract or an offer of services. Engagements happen under separate written agreements.
Intellectual property
The content on this site is ours: text, graphics, logos, product names, and design. Lumi and Kestrel are our marks. Do not copy, republish, or use them commercially without written permission. Reading the site and sharing links is fine.
External links
The site links to external resources, including Calendly for scheduling. We do not control those sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We work to keep content accurate and the site available, but we make no warranties: no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumi is not liable for damages arising from your use of this site. That includes direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages. If you are dissatisfied with the site, your remedy is to stop using it.
