Engagements

Choose your starting point.

Every organization begins somewhere different. Some need direction. Others are ready to build. Some are scaling across multiple workflows. Wherever you start, every engagement is designed to achieve the same outcome: production agents your team can operate with confidence.

Blueprint

Strategy

You know AI can create value. You need to identify the right place to start.

What you get

  • Highest-value workflow, prioritized by business impact
  • Business case, ownership, and governance model
  • Operational risks and required controls
  • Recommended architecture for your environment
  • Concrete implementation plan for production delivery

How it works

  • Evaluate candidate workflows and business priorities
  • Select one measurable production outcome
  • Define the architecture, governance, and implementation plan

Blueprint transitions directly into Build when you're ready to deliver, or Embedded when multiple opportunities require continuous execution.

Build

Production Delivery

First agent in 6 weeks

You know the workflow. You need it running in production.

What you get

  • One governed production agent for a high-value business workflow
  • Integration with your systems, data, and approved models
  • Evaluation suite, launch criteria, and production readiness checklist
  • Human oversight, exception handling, and operational controls
  • Operational runbooks, knowledge transfer, and measurable business outcomes

How it runs

  • Define the workflow and success metrics
  • Design integrations, actions, controls, and review points
  • Build, evaluate, and validate under production-like conditions
  • Launch with monitoring, operational evidence, and a clear path to continuous improvement

Build concludes with a production agent your team owns and operates with confidence. As new workflows emerge, Embedded provides the engineering capacity to scale what works.

Embedded

Dedicated Production Delivery

Engineers in Residence

Your first production agent is live. Now the opportunity is to build the next one, and the one after that.

What you get

  • A dedicated engineering capability embedded inside your organization
  • A continuously prioritized portfolio of production workflows
  • Shared governance, planning, and delivery with your team
  • Operational playbooks that compound with every release
  • Transparent reporting on delivery, quality, adoption, and business value

How it runs

  • Prioritize the highest-value production opportunities
  • Design, build, and deploy continuously inside your environment
  • Strengthen governance and operational maturity over time
  • Transfer patterns and practices with every production release

Embedded is how organizations move from isolated AI projects to a repeatable production capability.

Questions

What buyers ask first.

We already have an AI team. Why Lumi?

That is a strong starting point. Lumi works alongside internal AI teams, adding practical delivery experience, dedicated engineering, and Kestrel without replacing your people. When the engagement ends, your team keeps the knowledge, software, and ability to operate what was built.

How is pricing structured?

Each engagement is organized around a clear delivery milestone, agreed scope, transparent pricing, and shared expectations about what success looks like.

How fast do we see value?

We begin by choosing the right opportunity and creating a practical implementation plan. A first production release can be delivered in as little as six weeks, depending on the process and required integrations. The outcome is working software your team can operate.

Who owns what gets built?

You do. The AI agents, prompts, integrations, work history, and other materials created for your implementation belong to you. Lumi retains ownership of Kestrel, which remains licensed to operate in your environment after delivery.

What stacks does Lumi work in?

We work in your cloud, code repositories, delivery pipelines, and approved model providers. The goal is to fit the AI system into your existing technology and security environment without requiring a platform migration.

What if the pilot fails?

A weak result is useful when it is discovered early. Lumi tests agents against realistic work, introduces them in stages, and records what happened so your team can decide whether to improve, narrow, or stop an implementation before it creates operational risk.

Not sure which door?

Fifteen minutes. Bring one workflow. We’ll tell you where we’d start.
